Human resources is a critical component of the workplace. Darshana works diligently to ensure our partnered facilities are fully compliant with federal and state labor laws. She also focuses on providing a strong offering of other HR solutions that fosters the comradery you feel in the staff when visiting each facility. When not working, Darshana spends most of her free time traveling or outside playing tennis and golf with friends.
